All our operatives are specialists in their field and are ex- military some with a Special Forces background.
Furthermore all officers assigned to any task hold the relevant (SIA Security Industry Authority) License.

The quality management system is described in its manual and detailed in a Procedure Manual. All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide with the contents of the Quality Manual.
